L&#8217;esdeveniment, organitzat per <\/span><b>Restauraci\u00f3 Menorca<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, proposa durant disset dies un recorregut per la gastronomia menorquina a trav\u00e9s dels restaurants de Menorca, que elaboren men\u00fas basats en les receptes tradicionals de l&#8217;illa i en propostes innovadores constru\u00efdes amb <\/span><b>producte local i de temporada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els restaurants participants ofereixen dos formats: el <\/span><b>Men\u00fa Mostra<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a preu tancat i accessible, i el <\/span><b>Men\u00fa Gastron\u00f2mic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de format i preu lliure, on cada establiment mostra amb m\u00e9s amplitud el seu repertori de plats. Des de l&#8217;oliaigua i la caldereta fins a elaboracions m\u00e9s contempor\u00e0nies, el punt de partida sempre \u00e9s el mateix: el producte menorqu\u00ed com a protagonista.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Una aposta per la desestacionalitzaci\u00f3 i el producte local<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Mostra va n\u00e9ixer amb una doble vocaci\u00f3: donar a con\u00e8ixer la riquesa gastron\u00f2mica de Menorca i donar suport al sector de la restauraci\u00f3 en el moment en qu\u00e8 la temporada alta comen\u00e7a a deixar pas a la tardor.
